La casa se entrega con las camas hechas, los baños preparados con sus toallas y, en tiempo frío, las estufas y la chimenea encendidas, incluída una provisión de leña.
• Un gran salón con chimenea en el centro, comedor, y dos ambientes, en uno de los cuales hay un sofá cama.
• Además de las estufas, la casa cuenta con calefacción central.
• Una cocina equipada con fuegos, frigorífico, vajilla, cubertería, cristalería y utensilios de cocina y limpieza.
• Un porche cubierto de parras que da a la pradera de césped.
• Una huerta de la que en temporada se pueden coger las hortalizas maduras.
